I dont see management adapting to the new reality that is the telco space, if they had an ambition to pay off debt, or really articulated a long term low risk non-telco direction then my view might change.
I think the move into tech more generally is pretty high risk, and better suited to small nimble companies, not giants like Telcos.
Telstra needs to think global, Aus. telco and tech space isnt big enough for them now with NBNco.
