The ACCC stops companies invest in all earnest into the future.
The moment they do, the non investors cry foul, want a free ride and lean on the ACCC, so why invest??
Can't you see why we have one of the poorest internet systems of the developed world??
The best can happen to this country is that the government pulls the pin on the ACCC.
Don't forget that the ACCC is taking atm the ACT to the full federal court about the TAH and Tatts merger.
Government versus government for the full federal court. Doesn't this smack of 'yes minister' and a total waste of government (people's) money????
Can't you see that there is a big problem in Australia??
