Telstra need local managers who have jobs based on the 3 strike rule. Once a customer getting less than 10 MPS(enough to run at least a basic business) complaints it must be fixed. If it's not fixed in ten working days a strike goes against the manager. My 10 MPS rule could be 20MPS or even 5MPS but a minimum standard must be set.
Problem solved!
TLS does not care about individual cases only the big picture of percentages which can be spun to suit the wanted outcome.
Another thing the NBN are selling a new product without testing it first. My area was live with NBN now they changed their mind because it's faulty. I stuck with ADSL2 thanks.
