As an long term investment look at TLS as an(roads) infrastructural provider. To buy from Amazon you need 2 things, access(internet)and physical roads to ship the goods purchased.
Now the board need to rebuild their business model. Chorus in New Zealand have build their business model accordingly.
If TLS wants to be a high tech company it needs to do things high techish and have a regional or gobal model.
Phones/ communications like the past are a commodity service but without the monopoly.
