It's a bit late after such a long protracted fall in SP, but I reckon one could sell now and still preserve 10% of capital.
The key issue identified was ARPU and yet there were no strategies offered to improve ARPU.
They have higher prices for unlimited plans and want people to upgrade to get there. That was about it? Even saying it wouldn't have much impact on ARPU.
