Surely it can't be a ratings agency upgrade,lol.
Its got to be my decade long wrong call that banks are facing a brick wall ie housing,new regulation,capital ratios all which will effect their 'divs', not just the 200 metre hurdles like tls is facing.
ps i believe there should be ratings agencies for ratings agencies.
