ps and the other concern for me is the new comers to the share market using margin lending,imo i don't care if its csl,tls or banks the maximum should be 50% (maximum) loan facility,and possibly some proof of some experience in buying and selling in the share market or some new type of regulation.
Just because some one can walk into a bank with $100k to invest in the share market and they fully utilise a margin lending for so called blue chips with loans up to 70% plus,doesn't mean they can't lose that $100k in a heart beat and the banks couldn't give a crap.
Tls unfortunately is probably a good example currently.
