Hey Grow Rich,this is the ignorance we are dealing with and feeding the downward pressure on tls sp,part of still due to penns comments regarding tls becoming a tech company.
2 brokers on sky business currently ,first says telstra is trying to become an 'apple' ?,thks penn that is due to penns comment that tls will become a tech co but finally /recently penn corrects his statement by saying tls will always be a telco first ,but the brokers and analysts still don't understand or haven't bothered to understand penns recent clear definition of actually what his definition of a tls tech co is,unlike us tls tragics who actually follow every piece of news possible.
But then the other broker suggests he doesn't understand why tls is playing around globally blah blah blah and AND then brings up the chinese website businesses as a 'NEGATIVE' acquisition for tls ????????. ie there off buying chinese websites and doing things he doesn't understand.
There off buying chinese websites used as a negative example,? autohome funded divs with a$3b profit ,not $2b as some report,if thodey didn't give soufun away and it was sold same time as autohome that would be another $3b profit tax paid.
The point is not just the above stupid comments regarding the chinese website acquisitions and tls's global connectivity,or the incorrect statements in the AFR article regarding it being tls's fault that tpg got the spectrum,this is these are the type of comments penn really needs to correct and make clear to the market with a clear presentation so above bs will not be believed by the market,so i repeat presentation school for penn,so penn will learn how to present all known relevant transition figures over fy19,fy20 and fy21.
