Telstra should have a good look at their selling practices.
When a person googles the different options and look at Telstra advertised prices they shake their head, if they do their sums and compare with the opposition.
The website and the Telstra shop is the first stop when they consider Telstra and should reflect what Telstra offers, otherwise Telstra keeps on turning people away.
The share price is an excellent reflection of Telstra's lack of selling ability.
