You should include the future decommission cost and associated emissions, and acknowledge the tenuous nature of accounting in any nuclear comparison. The timescales involved clearly transcend your comprehensive capacity.
What this has to do with TLS is beyond me. Nuclear will NEVER be an energy source for Australia. The reasons are only practical. All ideology aside, our geography, demography and infrastructure make it impractical. It will never be.
