Something that often gets forgotten in the Telstra debate. If all else fails Telstra can always smash the competition by matching or beating their prices for 12 months, as a last resort to shake the tree of weak telcos. Telstra controls most of the telecommunication infrastructure excluding NBN so does not have to pay a provider like the other 100 little telcos.
Telstra cost cuts must work and be the number one focus to streamline and improve service to the customers.
