    Disagree as the silly Man lost 500k votes in simply saying this.

    My opinion; great policy, should be quietly implemented while in office say Melborne cup day or something. Totally stupid politics by saying it before elected. Whos cares if it's dishonest to not say it up front, once in all promises by the Liberals where broken, like every single one.

    Most Telstra shareholders are not wealthy retirees and they would still get a nice dividend just not a free ride paid by taxpayers on their franking credits.

    Look up the meaning of franking credits. If tax was not paid by the retiree then franking credits should be void as they do not pay tax. You are not double taxed on the same income if you pay no tax it's simple. Another rort by the wealthy.
