Good to see different opinion.....it is consolidating at this price and it is very healthy and needed.
I think opposite to you and believe they are forming a base for moving higher from here and the bad news are already priced in at 2.60s.
The coming earning reports maybe better than market expected....dividend will be cut but SP is already down so much......no risk/no reward.
