Penn's reset should have been done one year earlier before the big crash in share price. Nevertheless, it provides an opportunity for investors to buy at current price.
Penn had finally made this tough decision (reset). It will be good for shareholders as well as customers. Would not be surprised if the next financial report by him is a positive one.
