Does this look cheap now or not.
I'd say based on current information TLS is near fair value.
As you may know Penn has forewarned that TLS future results may be negatively impacted by increases of the NBN Co's Connectivity Virtual Circuit (CVC) pricing.
If a future Government writes down the value of NBN Co then instead of increases to CVC pricing then maybe in the interests of improved customer experience CVC pricing might remain the same or even fall in real terms over time.
Who knows?
