This is first indication how Telstra could win in Australia with 5G. Sure, 5G will not be able to replace 100% of NBN, but it will provide Telstra new source of income with greater margin (as compared to miserable margin from NBN).
With greater speed and reliability, 5G will take some market share from NBN. In addition, it makes other iot possible, which means additional income.
