The problem with this analysis is that if a substantial number of people drop their fixed line and switch to mobile only, the mobile network becomes increasingly congested. If you live in a densely populated area, and have multiple people in a household with multiple devices connected to the mobile network, capacity during peak times will be exhausted. Mobile only is feasible, but only if not everyone chooses to do it.
