The market has been holding TLS mainly for the franked dividend - which has been rather generous
Taking it back to 22cps @ todays value still returns a healthy 5.71% fully franked dividend and is more in line with the other dividend stocks such as NAB, CBA etc.
The market will decide if they will hold the "institution" - TLS will have to reinvent itself in the process
