Grow Rich/Ttseng ,for some reason i can't load the tls website.
Maybe wishful thinking but i wonder if presentation is related to auction results.
My logic being ,the spectrum is divided up so that a telco is restricted to how much and what area they are able to bid for spectrum.
Maybe tls has purchased its allocation,leaving others to continue the auction process.
Maybe not,but when ever there has been an auction tls is always first to get /buy their allocation if they are allowed to bid.
Just a thought lol as we wait.
