Dude.....
you don't need to change the franking system or have some weird exclusion system.
Just an adjustment in tax rates for individuals.
But just remember..... one of these days YOU will be retired too.... then maybe you wish you weren't' still being taxed.
I'm 38 btw and on average I would be paying more tax than you.
