Changes from tech co's approach to project management and the SDLC have made companies like Facebook start pushing 200Mb updates out every Thursday. There's not much value but a huge data requirement across the mobile network from indiscriminate users.
Data charges are going up, but it doesn't mean the quality is any better. I think developments in technology like the IoT will ensure companies and devices optimise and reduce their network data requirement but on the other side you have moron customers increasing their data use too. Who's going to win?
