I recall reading an artical in the financial review a couple of years ago about Penn's interest to become a global tech company, I wouldn't put vodaphone, Optus, Verizon etc. in the same pool as TLS.

I've watched from the side line since that artical and bought in at the bottom. They are making small steps and jumping into bed with the right companies to pull it off, a littlle slow for my taste but I just need to get over TLS not being a spec explorer or miner and remeber I've invested for the next 5 years.

Anyone with cash on TLS for retail communications should probably take it out and find a new place to put the money, communications had it's heyday for nearly 200 years, data is the new future.

At one point in the 90s u could run an ISP, web servers, gaming servers and storage from your shed, less than 30 years on we are on the verge of cloud computing and more... who knows what's in the next 10. If TLS can become a true tech co we will do alright.
