TLS has been heinously overvalued for over a year.
I think the last time I did a simple DCF model based on expected dividends and upset a number of people I had it at about $2.85

The earnings are falling and a merger to compete against their differentiated service 5G in their largest segment mobile has recently been approved (creating margin pressure). TLS is still overvalued, It's going to be well below $3 before I get interested.

    2 * 0.05 = $0.1 dividends
    $0.1 / $3 = 0.0333 yield, unfranked.

That's assuming it can maintain 0.05 per share when the revenues are falling.

How many people are going to take up 5G at $15 per month, when the average joe is complaining about the cost of living and their wages are stagnating or reducing? It's going to be a slow uptake IMO.
