GR,i did a quick look at oml recently due to sp reduction and last time i looked it had increased debt to $400m which i'm happy to b corrected on.
After the singapore private equity co paid approx $220m for eye corp/now oml they then sold off the UK and US divisions which meant they paid below the$220 approx price then recently bought back in to US so debt should b well below $200m ???????? Such management doesn't do it for me hence the current sp. just my opinion, oml would b an obvious take over target if management hadn't built up so much debt ie$400m ,happy to b corrected. great business imo only but notnwith current debt levels. .
