The bottom line is either thodey made an extremely bad nbn agreement ,especially with the statement tls's net present value will b protected by the $3.5b nbn structured compensation agreement ,
or
penn has lost control of the business.

I don't believe thodey made a bad deal,probably the one good thing thodey did do..

Profit guidance is a reduction of 50% 'profit'.now i need tissues.

Ironic i expect as cfo penn will cut div to 7 cents or fy .14 ie exactly half of the initial .28 cents.brilliant.
