    you missed the letter "l" in your response, no wonder you couldn't find it. classic, just furthering my point

    Telstra needs to make money now, not engage in pointless R&D in early stage technologies that are so low in technology readiness level that their readiness level is maybe TRL2? Meaning their application would be 5- 10 years away.
    Let the hardware manufacturers do what they are good and and bring POC to them.
