In light of the T22 strategy for the company, how does adding more cost for equipment, consumables and staff fit with that? Research is often regarded as OPEX as it doesn't produce anything. It's hard to classify as Capital expenditure and depreciate it as it doesn't provide a return. (i'm not an accountant).
