TLS one of the most frustrating shares. Could be should be...but it remains a lumbering giant and not many believe it has the zap and pow to rise substantially any time soon. Yet with 5G and consistent demand for TLS services, enthusiasm stays lukewarm. I wonder if the woeful culture at the company has changed under Penn?
If it has not improved, TLS is one to watch with deep caution. You may never lose much from this price onwards, but will it be worth tying up cash that might be better deployed in a more dynamic company?
