JC,GR,i'm talking china mainland,tls paid approx $945m for pacnet.That included the china mainland data centres,fiber from the poi and ownership of the only foreign owned poi to mainland.Pacent has a variety of seacable infrastructure including tier one ownership of a poi to the pillipines.Tls built its first 'self built' china mainland data centre.Tls continues to roll out fiber in china connecting its data centres.

JC as posted,i like the pacnet infrastructure,but as posted can penn monetize it.?Will the forecast increases in global data benefit such utility infrastructure considering china will probably soon be the no1 economy.(lol but the dh wto still regards it as a developing country),i need a drink..
There is no point trying to analyse potential profits from such infrastructure,but like anthing tls owns outside of their mobile network they can't seem to make material profits from anything.
Hence why I like the idea of tls buying red energy,its a lge scale business utility tls can run and make material profits from and provide synergies for both belong and tls.ps i like tls's sea cable network and pacnet,i just don't know it tls understands how to make a profit from it.
