The Kiefel Court may overturn 72 years of precedent but I think the bank nationalization case was quite a precedent to overturn. It is not like the 7 will just overturn that IMHO the way they did the lower Court Pell decision.
Most of well throw out the entire Australian Constitution and the case law as well so I think TLS and its designs on 5G might be safer than you think.
