Ash,tls must maintain controll of infraco ie sell 49%.
Then infraco ie an infrastructure co should decide what infrastructure potential acquisitions make the most 'profit' and very important don't walk straight into the accc web.ie nbn.
If financially nbn stacks up then fin but i doubt ite, my guess is red energy or what ever energy utility would make more sense for various reasons as posted.
Some forget what its like when tls had to deal with the accc,
The govt got back their telecom,just ask tpg what it is still like dealing with the accc ?.
And the suggestion is tls should get back into bed with the accc ?
My suggestion,tls should do a tpg as in the telco sector and tls become a 4th major player in the energy sector for reasons previously listed and rodney would welcome it.
And when rodney welcomes it its an easy ride just ask tpg's support by accc against tls.
