GR,thats what JC would like. I don't understand why,agl is like an old tls with the old infrastructure and culture. red energy would provide tls with a young energy platform to build from ie red's vic conventional gas production that the dh vic govt finally agrees should be developed further plus its, yawn, renewables divisions but a solid customer base and able to provide electricity and gas nationally.Try and find such a start up energy co that can supply gas and electicity nationally,my understanding there is only 4 or 5. Then add tls's customer base,bundling,deep pockets etc synergies with belong., And as suggested the fed govt needs money so what a great time for tls to put in an offer. All rubbish while penn in controll imo only. Of course imo only tls could also lead in energy technology production but again not with current greeny,art collecting,ballet fiscated management.
