Tls would be buying a regulated asset at below cost. Government would need to then regulate pricing and allow for an market return on equity and debt. This way infraco would be a monopoly provider with stable returns in world fully of uncertainties and chasing dividends. This would be a propel TLS right up there.
The mobile network would be available for IoT and autonomous driving.
Tls if it can buy NBN would be a monster company.
