I'm still concerned y penn would sell that pit st exchange/office block for $300m then lease it back.
Money is cheap and will b for many years,i would guess the rent would b more than what penn uses the $300m for.
If this is a sign of the way penn is runnong tls it is no wonder the business is going backwards.imo only.
ps and as posted i thought penn stated very clearly he would sell approx $2b of non productive assets.When u lease the asset back its a productive asset.
