Might also be a relevant point as to whether the hefty carrying value of all that Property, Plant and Equipment doesn't need some sort of review. Presumably a fair portion is land value and some other entities have been taking a haircut in that area of late.
As I've said on here previously, I believe they kept dividends high for too long and it's been limiting their options for some time now. Generally speaking if you're going to pay a high dividend it's often a sign of a lack of ideas for more profitable ways to use the money.
