Most part I would blame shareholders who ALWAYS want BIG returns yesterday at any cost.
Company management make drastic, wild decisions and end up in deep hole when especially market and general public start thinking other means of doing things when there is financial crunch either to mismanagement or butterfly effect....COVID pandemic.
Somehow TLS will spin some BS and recover, but could be a while away and the first thing management will do is cut staff.....management 101
