TLS now has to cater for 8 sovereign people not one. Yesterday Darwin, NT was very bad and awful for the ongoing concept of a sovereign Australia. Now 8 borders, 8 people not 1.
TLS will have a woeful time trying to patch up 8 networks as opposed to one.
Parochialism between states can’t be good for telco profitability, 8 infrastructures and 8 sets of regulations rather than one is a real mess.
The Australian Constitution has been proven to be fundamentally defective and ineffective.
For most of its life, it was patched together by English Common Law principles, now the Australian Constitution has been savaged and assaulted by the states for political reasons.
TLS will experience the full savagery of the States’ assault on the Australian constitution and will likely be less profitable as a result IMHO.
