GR,maybe penn can't b positive because he is stuck in a rut pouring money into his nas/enterprise to try and develop a co like data3 when as posted tls has a horrific record in IT.penn should keep the applications and services simply or buy a material position in a real IT co and let the real IT management run it. That should b tls's business model taking material positions in various successful co's and leave the management in place just like autohome and soufun.. Example,they bring back to australia the call centres and say they will use 'australian agents'.?Thats code for sms'ing yr compliants to tls.As posted i would prefer to call an indian call centre.I tried one time to sms tls but got a reply website is down or something similar.If they can't automate the call centres how could they run a viable data3 co on steriods.?Thats right they can't. I don't understand why the super funds r watching this and it appears no pressure is being applied to penn as per Q&A what ever. For me,i'm now including the banks in the mix of future buying opportunities,but just like tls i believe there is a good 12 months until they have all jumped the various hurdles. Hopefully penn trips and is replaced by roy.
