JC TLS has been a wealth destroyer. As someone who participated in all 3 tranches of the government sell off I only got caught on 1 of those. Sold bulk of holding at about $8.80 yrs ago, came back for more trying to bottom pick and got burnt. Have made more money out of TLS in past couple of yrs buying put warrants.
Everyone is on their phones these days using the net etc. If TLS cant make a killing in these times what hope have they got?
The company needs breaking up, sell off what they can and just sell phone plans & mobiles.The only winner with TLS was the Future Fund & the Govt who both had the foresight to flog off the liability.
The smart money has moved to mining stocks. Banks potential bad debts make them too risky. Resources & energy stocks are where capital gains will come from but as with everything, Rome was not built in a day. They could rename TLS - DOG.
