I share your optimism and agree that all of the bad news has been priced in.
I have just commenced a substantial increase in holdings here. I see it at bargain basement levels.
I have read the latest editorials suggesting shareholder nervousness with pressure on dividends. This type of news always makes me bullish on a stock.
I don't necessarily see it as a substantial growth stock, but I do believe we will see it rebound soon to more familiar levels. Dividends over time will continue to be what drives the value in this stock.
This is a clear buy.
