    I suggest bug made a good point re non compete clause,i was not aware of expiry date..
    I also suggest penn should have advised the shareholders and market when as cfo penn agreed to both nbn agreements then as ceo he said nothing for at least a year or 2 about the rubbishly described nbn 'headwinds' when the nbn agreement as per chairman and penn have clearly now confirmed they have 'both' stated will have had a similar effect on telstra as cyclone tracy on darwin.
    Headwinds my butt.How gutless.50% to 60% drop in profit described as headwinds.
    I have done well over the years investing in tls,so above has nothing to do with losses.But shareholders should start demanding a management restructure as current strategy and management is a failure imo only.
    ps just because penn is elite,believes in the arts ,100% backs renewables,gender equality,ballet does not qualify him as a suitable telecom ceo.I would prefer gerry harveys wife to run tls like she is ceo of harvey norman.
