yes arpu is declining but mobile customer base?? Refer to extract from annual report below:
how did you arrive at the conclusion that mobile customer base is declining? Perhaps you can state some figures?
in previous posts you also imply that no one is using 5g.But before a network can be used, it needs to be built. Perhaps you have not noticed but the 5g network is not yet fully built.
not only that, Apple have not yet released a 5g mobile and as yet there are not many “must have” 5g apps available yet - but there will be.
you also make references to the possibility of Telstra buying nbn. I suspect that you know full well that that will never happen. Telstra will never buy the nbn. Infraco might buy nbn and if they do,it will only be after they have demerged from Telstra and they would only buy it on their terms.
You also say the nbn payments will cease soon, and so they will. When they do, Telstra will no longer be losing margin due to their adsl customers going over to the nbn (they will have no more adsl customers to lose). When that happens, margins will no longer be compressed due to transfers to nbn and , voila, from that point on Telstra will suddenly be a growth company.
