I topped up today (as much as i ever intend to, 20% of portfolio), i feel there is a lot of gloom built into the price, and its stopped going down at least so it will take new bad news to push it down further.
There could well be new bad news, but i weight that against lots of things that might not go as bad as they could, like, Tech might turn out to be 100% waste of money, 5G might be important, they might actually follow through with cost cutting, moving support onshort might win customer respect, TPG/Vodafone threat might be seen as little snapping dog that it is, Penn might say something that promotes confidence in the company.
A watched clock is right twice a day, it cant all be fail.
At worst there is 10% downside imo, but its easy to see it going up 10% on not much, changing sentiment from hold to buy.
