yes Unfortunately some people are dreaming that Telstra will become a penny stock from Blue chip and then they will buy it. Which is funny. Some people claim its a worst stock, how can a 33 billion worth market cap a worst stock. A lot of people bought TLS at wrong or overvalued prices, and they got stuck and didn't average down. However it's good time to buy now. it's quiet cheap. IMO not financial advice. DYOR
