i thought it might be, but could be wrong on top of normal dvis ie a special divi as cap return.
the pont is they can buy back as many shares as they like but what happens once nbn completes is floated and payments to tls (passed on as cap returned to shareholders) cease.
what then ?
do they have a stake in nbn and how much is it ?
the only way imho tls can get bk on track is if it has a major stake in the nbn thats got ACCC and fed govt
approval and not anti competitive
