TLS better merge with AGL quickly while AGL is languishing down at a market cap of $13.71 billion AUD It has been about 30% higher than that at about $18 billion market cap so a merger if it is to take place will probably have to happen quickly lest the premium become too great for a suitable merger.
TLS sholders would not want to merge at a Fair Value compatible comparison of about $3 AUD given it is about 33% higher at $3.72 AUD.
and you have the anti-trust laws as well?
