Although I am not happy with the announcement, read it carefully.
I find it quite interesting. What is all this talk about extracting shareholder value.
They are obviously looking at ways which can get better value as I believe they are getting frustrated with no one understanding the business and at the moment a lot of their time is taken up by trying to (unsuccessfully to date) manage peoples perception of the company.
They run this company like it is not listed. I think they would be very frustrated with what comes of being a listed entity. At the end of the day this was a quarterly report and just that.
If you can hold, hold, because it looks like there is more to this story. I have got a feeling the strong buying in the last two weeks was not all about this quarterly.
Think of the bigger picture. Read the report again.
