I would agree that's where we are headed in the short term (50-70c by Christmas), though 45-50c I think is going to provide some resistance. Might take an announcement to have it blast through.

I would suggest 33.5-35c mark is the new 13.5-15c mark, it might hang around this level for a couple of weeks then make a significant move higher.

Their presentations would indicate a capital raising would not happen until mid 2010 and I don't see a need for one before then. Until they are fully aware of the project scope and have further planned for move to production it would seem pre-emptive to do a raising unless they run out of funds to finish the feasibility study (which doesn't seem likely)...
