About the only thing CSR has done right in recent years was the spin off of Rinker.Even there its success was due to its US management not to the Board of CSR.The recent acquisition of the glass business at the top of the market with resultant writedown and subsequent capital issue is just so typical of the long term mismanagement of CSR.
It seems to me it would be a waste of time and money to appeal to a higher court.I read somewhere that 40 lawyers attended the first court hearing so there are plenty of interested groups.
CSR needs to keep its sugar business and replace its incompetent Directors and management with people who know what they are doing.
