That is what I was thinking. This occurrence would make the court decision even more absurd.

But it was suggested by Stephen B. in his article today, that the NSW govt., or the compensation fund, or ASIC, or an asbestos victim, might block any proposed trade sale and distribution of proceeds in the courts.
